Lucile Voironv
Kieran brings a track record of turning ideas into impact in the alpine world. Before Alpine X, he co-founded SkiBro, one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology platforms in the ski and winter sports industry. Recognized as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Irish International Entrepreneur of the Year, he has consistently paired innovation with real-world utility.
He also founded EcoSki, a technology platform built to help winter economies move toward carbon neutrality by optimizing snow production through real-time satellite and crowd-sourced data. His work blends environmental urgency with the pragmatism of mountain life.
Kieran’s experience scaling complex systems in challenging alpine environments gives Alpine X practical insight into deploying climate technology where it matters most.
Alice is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with a background spanning finance, sustainability, and purpose-driven brand building. She founded Mountaingirl, a mountain-culture lifestyle brand rooted in community and environmental awareness, giving her deep insight into how Alpine identity and business intersect.
Before Alpine X, she spent a decade in finance and later grew her own ventures, blending analytical rigor with mission-aligned leadership. Her work across climate, community, and creative enterprise shapes Alpine X’s operational strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Alice’s ability to scale values-driven initiatives ensures Alpine X remains
grounded in the communities and landscapes it serves.
Lucile is a seasoned engineer and innovator with expertise in electrochemistry, energy systems, and hydrogen technologies. Before co-founding Alpine X, she led technical development and research efforts that bridged fundamental science with real-world applications, including work in electrochemical system design and clean energy innovation.
Her deep technical foundation and hands-on experience with advanced materials and energy conversion inform Alpine X’s core approach to material selection, prototype engineering, and system integration.
Lucile’s ability to translate complex technical challenges into engineered solutions ensures we build DAC systems that are both effective and grounded in practical deployment realities
